City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager for our Burnsville, Minnesota location. The role involves assisting with management of contract compliance for designated building maintenance services and maintaining relationships between City Wide and Independent Contractors.

What You'll Do

Review client contracts to ensure work expectations are met.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
Maintain strong communication channels with all stakeholders involved in building maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Coordinate with day-shift managers to provide seamless service coverage.

Qualifications

Able to review client contracts accurately.
Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships between City Wide and Independent Contractors.
Experience in building maintenance or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
