About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at a cabin accommodation and restaurant provider with an open air Poolside Bar and Bistro. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all visitors have a positive experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate location or person.
• Record and arrange appointments as needed.
• Answer and record inquiries from guests and staff members.

Requirements

• Experienced in hotel receptionist roles.
• A strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle a variety of requests efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using computer systems for record-keeping and scheduling.
