Assistant Manager (on-site)

National Community Renaissance is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager (on-site) in Corona, Riverside County to join our property management team. This is a key administrative role supporting the Community Manager in keeping our residential community running smoothly.

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll work directly with the Community Manager and Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and property maintenance. You'll be the backbone of our on-site management team, handling critical compliance and operational responsibilities that keep our community functioning efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate, organized resident files and documentation according to property management standards and regulatory requirements
• Support the Community Manager with administrative duties, resident communications, and community coordination
• Assist with property maintenance oversight, work order coordination, and vendor management
• Help ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations
• Contribute to a welcoming, well-maintained residential environment for our community
• Handle scheduling, record-keeping, and day-to-day administrative functions
