About the Role
This part-time 2nd shift position offers the opportunity to join a world-class manufacturing operation. As an Assembly Technician with the Limelite Assembly team, you'll be part of a skilled workforce committed to quality and precision. The 2nd shift includes a competitive $2.00 hourly shift differential, and within your first year, you'll have the opportunity to earn an additional $1.00 per hour raise.
What You'll Do
- Assemble furniture components following detailed specifications and technical drawings
- Inspect assembled units for quality and adherence to manufacturing standards
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues to supervisors
