The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced art director to establish the aesthetic direction and conceptual vision of our brand across every channel. In this role, you'll develop campaigns, content initiatives, and brand experiences that break new ground in health and wellness communication. You'll be the primary custodian of how Seed's visual identity is expressed and evolves, ensuring every project reflects our commitment to quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop original campaign concepts, content ideas, and brand initiatives that drive engagement across digital and traditional channels
- Oversee and maintain the brand's visual standards, ensuring consistent, distinctive execution across all materials
- Lead visual direction across social platforms, digital content, and campaign initiatives
- Collaborate with writers, designers, producers, and stakeholders to translate creative vision into finished work
- Manage all phases of production, from planning and pre-production through delivery, working with photographers, directors, artists, and production teams
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of creative direction experience in agencies or brand-side environments, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates original concepts, outstanding execution, and creative ambition
- Advanced proficiency in design fundamentals: type, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Demonstrated excellence as both a strategic thinker and hands-on designer—able to lead from concept to completion
- Extensive production background across photography, video, animation, and digital projects
- Awareness of current cultural trends and the ability to ground work in cultural insights and moments
- Genuine investment in the quality of the work itself; commitment to continuous improvement and pushing standards higher
