Analyst, FP&A

Warnerbros seeks an Analyst, FP&A to join our financial planning and analysis team based in Mexico City, Paseo de las Palmas No.425-701. This is a full-time opportunity to build financial insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

The Opportunity

As an Analyst, FP&A at Warnerbros, you'll play a key role in helping the business understand its financial performance and plan for future growth. You'll work with cross-functional teams to model scenarios, analyze spending patterns, and identify cost optimization opportunities. This role combines financial acumen with analytical problem-solving, offering meaningful exposure to how entertainment industry finance operates at a global scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets across business units
• Conduct variance analysis to understand performance against plan
• Build and refine financial models to support strategic planning initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing financial insights for leadership
• Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and business teams on financial initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
• Proficiency with Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Experience with financial planning, business analysis, or related analytical work (preferred)
