Alternance – Consultant Data Customer Insights (H/F)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing consulting organization seeking a Data Customer Insights Consultant for a 12-month apprenticeship (alternance) in Paris. You will work alongside experienced consultants on high-impact projects for major enterprise clients, focusing on customer knowledge, data valorization, and marketing transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and valorizing customer data to extract high-value insights
• Conducting studies on customer behaviors and marketing performance
• Participating in customer segmentation development and identifying behavioral profiles
• Contributing to scoring, modeling, and predictive analytics projects
• Defining KPIs and participating in building decision-making dashboards
• Formulating recommendations and supporting business teams in leveraging analyses
• Participating in workshops, steering committees, and client presentations
• Contributing to research and thought leadership around data, AI, and CRM applications

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates pursuing a Bac+4/5 degree (Master's level) from an engineering school, university, or business school with a data specialization.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong interest in working with data and solving business problems
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Python or R
• Curious, rigorous mindset with strong analytical abilities
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Good level of English, both written and spoken
• Interest in CRM, Marketing Analytics, and Data Science is a strong plus

Pay
