About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IoT technology client in their search for a Major Account Executive based in Mexico. Our client serves organizations that depend on physical operations—spanning transportation, construction, field services, and related industries—with a cloud platform that transforms how these businesses operate.

This is a remote, full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on building and closing strategic opportunities with major accounts. You will own the entire sales process from prospecting through close, developing executive-level relationships and navigating complex sales cycles in accounts with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
• Own customer engagements end-to-end, from initial prospecting and qualification through contract close
• Execute solution-based selling in complex, multi-stakeholder sales campaigns
• Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to build and expand your pipeline
• Navigate deals with enterprise-level complexity and typical contract values of $500k+ ARR
• Partner with line-of-business stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and IT functions
• Maintain deep curiosity about how your customers' businesses operate in order to position solutions effectively

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role
• Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts
• Demonstrated success with enterprise deal sizes and $500k+ ARR transactions
• Experience building and maintaining C-level relationships
• Comfort with strategic outbound prospecting as a core activity
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Mexico citizenship
• Fluency in both Spanish and English

Preferred experience:

• Track record of top achievement (President's Club, top 10% rankings, or similar recognition)
• Background working with operations-focused or field-based industries
• Passion for understanding how physical operations businesses work

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive with market rates for enterprise sales roles at this level in Mexico.
