Responsibilities
- Architect and implement performance-critical modules for AI training and inference pipelines used by teams at Nvidia.
- Profile large-scale models, isolate bottlenecks in compute, memory, or communication, and introduce targeted optimizations.
- Develop reusable kernels, libraries, and automation scripts that accelerate repeated high-performance AI workloads.
- Partner with research and platform engineers to validate that gains remain stable under production load and across multiple configurations.
- Benchmark candidate solutions against industry baselines and document clear trade-offs in speed, accuracy, and resource use.
- Contribute design reviews and technical mentoring that raise collective expertise in high-performance artificial intelligence practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise with parallel programming models, low-level performance analysis, and modern AI frameworks.
- Strong fluency in C++ and Python together with experience applying optimization toolchains and profilers.
