Key Responsibilities

• Lead program plans that cover design handoff, pilot builds, volume ramp, and sustaining support with assigned ODM and OEM partners.

• Establish and maintain scorecards that track partner deliverables against agreed milestones and performance indicators.

Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply-chain fundamentals used by hardware partners.
• Demonstrated skill in risk identification, issue resolution, and continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with common project-tracking tools and collaboration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or operations management.
