What You'll Do
- Process contractor license applications, renewals, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Maintain and organize licensing records, files, and databases in accordance with state standards
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and regulatory notices for Board review and distribution
- Respond to inquiries from licensed contractors, permit applicants, and the general public
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and Board sessions; coordinate logistics and documentation
- Support enforcement and disciplinary proceedings by organizing case files and hearing materials
- Assist with administrative planning, budget tracking, and agency compliance initiatives
