About the Role
This full‑time position partners with the Regional Director or Vice President to maintain the smooth functioning of a residential community. The manager handles a broad range of operational tasks and may be asked to take on additional assignments as needed.
What You'll Do
- Supervise all facets of community operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and fair housing standards
- Coordinate routine inspections, work orders, and vendor services to keep the property in optimal condition
- Manage rent collection, delinquency follow‑up, and financial reporting for the community
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive living environment
- Prepare regular performance reports for regional leadership and assist with budgeting processes
- Adapt to changing priorities and complete other duties as assigned by management
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse resident base
- Proven experience in property management or a closely related housing field
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when handling multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with residents, staff, and vendors
- Proficiency with property management software and basic accounting principles
- Capability to work independently while collaborating with regional supervisors
