Project Manager

Alliance Residential Company is hiring a full-time Project Manager based in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County to manage residential construction projects across the Raleigh Triangle market. You'll take ownership of contracts, vendor relationships, and project delivery while working directly with construction teams in the field.

The Opportunity

This Project Manager role places you at the center of residential construction success. You'll oversee projects spanning the Triangle region, assigned to active sites based on business priorities and project needs. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives managing complex agreements, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and keeping construction moving forward on time and on budget.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review, understand, and maintain current knowledge of all contracts governing assigned projects
• Draft and manage subcontractor agreements to ensure clear terms and project alignment
• Oversee supply agreements and vendor coordination to support continuous project workflow
• Supervise project sites across the Raleigh Triangle market and coordinate with field teams
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on track
• Communicate with trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing residential construction projects
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, agreements, and subcontractor relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-focused approach to contract management and compliance
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to site-based work
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and project management principles
