As a member of Kreyco’s instructional team, you will collaborate with schools to deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards while addressing the unique needs of each learner. What You'll Do

• Plan and implement differentiated instruction in social studies, English language arts, and reading for various grade levels.
• Assess student progress through formative and summative measures, adjusting strategies to support continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with classroom teachers, administrators, and families to ensure instructional goals are met.
• Participate in professional development sessions to stay current with best practices in literacy and social studies education.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and instructional activities in accordance with district and Kreyco guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Valid teaching certification in social studies, English language arts, or reading (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience delivering instruction to preK‑12 students, preferably in a classroom or tutoring setting.
• Strong knowledge of state standards and ability to design lessons that promote critical thinking and literacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build productive relationships with school staff and families.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
• Reliability, organization, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential.
