Veterans Program Supervisor

Catholic Charities of St. Louis is seeking a full-time Veterans Program Supervisor to lead our community-focused efforts serving military families in Saint Louis and Saint Louis County. In this role, you'll oversee and expand the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program at St. Patrick Center, ensuring that veterans and their families receive the coordinated support they need to achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency.

The Veterans Program Supervisor position represents a leadership opportunity within a mission-driven organization committed to veteran welfare and community stability. At St. Patrick Center—a ministry of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis—you will coordinate all aspects of our SSVF program for the Saint Louis area, serving as the bridge between your team, partner agencies, and the veterans we serve.

What You'll Do

• Conduct and lead regular staff meetings, providing direction and oversight to team members
• Train new and current program staff on SSVF requirements, best practices, and organizational standards
• Represent the program at Saint Louis Continuum of Care meetings and veteran-focused community forums
• Outreach and promote available SSVF services to eligible veteran families throughout Saint Louis County
• Oversee program operations, case management processes, and compliance documentation
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with community organizations and veteran-serving agencies
• Monitor program effectiveness and report on veteran outcomes and program metrics

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
• Genuine commitment to supporting and advocating for veterans
• Knowledge of or experience with homelessness services, veteran benefits, or housing stability programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives
• Detail-oriented approach to program administration and documentation
• Passion for serving vulnerable and marginalized populations
