Join Kreyco as a Part-Time K-12 Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician and make a direct impact on student success in the Berkeley and Alameda County school communities during the 2026-2027 school year.

About the Role

This part-time position offers the opportunity to support K-12 students in classroom and educational settings. As a paraprofessional or RBT with Kreyco, you'll collaborate closely with classroom teachers and special education teams to help create engaging, supportive learning environments where every student can thrive.

What You'll Do

• Provide instructional support to students working individually, in small groups, or in classroom settings
• Implement behavior interventions and support strategies under teacher supervision
• Assist with student assessments, progress monitoring, and data collection
• Support classroom management and student engagement initiatives
• Communicate regularly with teachers and supervisors regarding student progress and needs
• Follow lesson plans and educational objectives set by classroom teachers
• Help create a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment for all learners

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework or an associate degree preferred
• For RBT positions: current RBT certification or eligibility for certification
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting K-12 student learning and development
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and professional approach to working with students and families
• Valid driver's license for travel between school locations (if applicable)
