About the Role

As a Healthcare Recruiter for Team Select Home Care, you'll serve as the bridge between our clinical teams and qualified healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Director of Operations or Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll take ownership of the external recruitment function—sourcing, screening, and placing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff to fulfill open shifts and patient care assignments at our Tampa branch and across our service area. Your primary focus is ensuring our locations have the clinical talent needed to deliver exceptional home care services.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with branch leadership to identify staffing needs and establish recruitment priorities aligned with operational goals
  • Source and recruit clinical professionals through active outreach, job boards, networking, and relationship building
  • Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess clinical qualifications and fit
  • Manage the hiring pipeline from initial contact through placement and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified healthcare professionals for ongoing and urgent staffing needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For

  • Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting recruiting or sales targets
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare roles—nursing, medical, home care, or clinical staffing preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of clinical staff roles and credentials (RN, LPN, CNA, etc.) is a plus
  • Reliable transportation to meet with candidates and branch partners in Tampa and surrounding areas
