Reporting to the Director of Operations or Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll take ownership of the external recruitment function—sourcing, screening, and placing RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff to fulfill open shifts and patient care assignments at our Tampa branch and across our service area. Your primary focus is ensuring our locations have the clinical talent needed to deliver exceptional home care services.
