About the Role
As a Healthcare Recruiter / Sales team member based in Clearwater, FL, you'll play a central part in sourcing, engaging, and placing top healthcare professionals while building lasting client relationships. This is an on-site position with an independently owned firm that pairs ambitious national growth with a grounded, hardworking Midwestern mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and recruit qualified healthcare candidates for staffing placements.
- Drive sales activity by developing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle, from outreach and screening through placement and follow-up.
- Contribute fresh ideas in an open, collaborative environment where input is welcomed.
- Support OneStaff Medical's continued expansion as part of a motivated internal team.
