About the Role
Kreyco partners with schools across the nation to deliver high-quality preK-12 education services. We're growing our team in Alameda County and seeking experienced paraprofessionals and RBTs who are passionate about supporting diverse learners. In this role, you'll work directly with students in classroom and small-group settings, helping them develop academic and social-emotional skills while contributing to a collaborative school environment.
What You'll Do
- Support classroom instruction by working with individual students and small groups under teacher guidance
- Assist students with assignments, practice activities, and skill reinforcement
- Implement behavioral strategies and positive reinforcement techniques
- Help create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment for all learners
- Communicate progress and observations to teachers and school staff
- Build positive relationships with students to foster engagement and confidence
What We're Looking For
- Current or candidate status as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), or relevant paraprofessional certification/qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting K-12 students in educational or behavioral settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers
- Patience, enthusiasm, and genuine commitment to student success
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and learning styles
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
