Magnolia Educational & Research Foundation is seeking a dedicated Dean of Students for the 2026-27 school year to lead student culture and support across our San Fernando Valley campus, with HMOFam 100% coverage as part of the role's package.
About the Role
As the 2026-27 Dean of Students in the San Fernando Valley, you will shape a positive, accountable learning environment where students thrive academically and socially. This full-time, on-site position with Magnolia Educational & Research Foundation places you at the heart of campus life, championing student well-being, behavior, and engagement every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a school culture grounded in accountability, high expectations, and opportunity for every student
- Oversee student discipline, attendance, and behavioral support systems in a fair and consistent manner
- Partner with teachers, faculty, and families to address student needs and remove barriers to success
- Promote programs that strengthen student character, citizenship, and school community
- Support the broader mission and vision of Magnolia Public Schools through daily leadership on campus
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in school leadership, student services, or a related educational setting
- A commitment to equity, accountability, and helping students reach their full potential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, staff, and families
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in the San Fernando Valley for the 2026-27 academic year
