About This Position
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at CommerceIQ. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, address any challenges, and help them achieve their business goals.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products
- Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our platform into customers' workflows
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conducting regular reviews of customer performance metrics and providing actionable insights
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our platform features and capabilities
- Providing training and onboarding support for new customers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success or a related field
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients
