Your Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and measure fresh ingredients according to daily production lists so that every station stays fully stocked
• Portion proteins, vegetables, and dry goods with accuracy to support recipe consistency and minimize waste
• Organize walk-in coolers, dry storage, and prep tables so items remain labeled, dated, and easy to access
• Clean and sanitize knives, cutting boards, containers, and work surfaces continuously throughout the shift
• Assist the broader kitchen crew by restocking stations quickly and communicating any shortages before they affect service
• Follow established food-safety procedures for temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, and proper storage at all times

Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in kitchen prep, catering, or a comparable high-volume food setting preferred
• Confident knife skills and familiarity with common commercial kitchen equipment
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and maintain focus during peak hours
• Strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and time management under pressure
• Reliable attendance, clear communication, and a cooperative approach when working with other kitchen staff across Multiple locations
