Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, plate, and garnish desserts according to current recipes and house standards
• Keep dessert stations, display areas, tools, and surfaces clean, stocked, and ready for service
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, restocking promptly to avoid interruptions
• Respond to guest requests for dessert items with courtesy and accuracy
• Follow all food-safety, temperature-control, allergen, and sanitation procedures at every step
• Coordinate with nearby stations and team members to maintain pace during busy periods
• Complete closing tasks that leave stations organized for the next shift
