Nvidia is hiring for a full-time Senior NPI Program Manager position at our Santa Clara, California headquarters to lead new product introduction initiatives for our datacenter server product portfolio. In this role, you'll drive cross-functional execution from concept through high-volume manufacturing, ensuring seamless launches that meet market timelines and quality standards.
The Opportunity
As a Senior NPI Program Manager at Nvidia's Santa Clara headquarters, you'll own the complete lifecycle of datacenter server product launches. You'll coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and go-to-market teams to deliver complex products on schedule. This is a strategic position where your program management excellence directly impacts the performance and reliability of infrastructure that powers artificial intelligence and data center innovation worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end new product introduction programs for datacenter server products, from design phase through production ramp and market launch
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, identifying critical path items, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, and product marketing
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-quality deliverables
- Drive design reviews, manufacturing readiness assessments, and compliance validations
- Monitor and resolve technical, supply chain, and operational risks that could impact product launches
- Establish and track key performance indicators for yield, quality, cost, and delivery metrics
Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of program or product management experience in hardware, semiconductors, or datacenter technology
- Proven track record managing complex NPI programs with high-volume manufacturing
- Strong experience in supply chain coordination, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced project management skills with fluency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Technical foundation in computer architecture, server design, or related fields preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
