Senior Manager, Engineering – Data Center Firmware

Nvidia is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering - Data Center Firmware to lead our firmware engineering initiatives across 2 Locations. This is a full-time role where you'll drive the technical vision and team execution for mission-critical data center systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams developing firmware for data center systems
• Define technical strategy and roadmap for data center firmware initiatives
• Oversee the full lifecycle of firmware development, from architecture through production deployment
• Collaborate across hardware, software, and systems teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Drive quality, performance, and reliability standards across all firmware releases
• Identify and remove technical blockers to accelerate time-to-market

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in firmware, embedded systems, or closely related engineering disciplines
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams of significant scale
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, systems architecture, or hardware-software integration
• Strong knowledge of firmware development practices, tools, and methodologies
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and track record of driving cross-functional collaboration
