Senior Network Reliability Engineer – DGX Cloud

Nvidia is hiring a Senior Network Reliability Engineer to lead infrastructure reliability and network operations for DGX Cloud across two locations in a full-time capacity.

About This Position

DGX Cloud is Nvidia's enterprise platform delivering GPU-accelerated computing at scale. We're seeking an experienced Senior Network Reliability Engineer to ensure our cloud infrastructure operates with exceptional uptime and performance. In this role, you'll design and maintain robust network systems that support mission-critical AI and machine learning workloads, working across our distributed data centers to optimize reliability, capacity, and user experience for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize network architecture for cloud infrastructure supporting DGX systems at enterprise scale
• Establish and continuously improve service level objectives, reliability metrics, and monitoring for network operations
• Lead incident response and investigation for network-related outages, performance degradation, and reliability issues
• Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to integrate network reliability into system architecture
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce manual operations, improve system resilience, and accelerate incident recovery
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to eliminate recurring failure patterns
• Mentor junior engineers and establish reliability standards and best practices across technical teams

Who We're Looking For

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, cloud infrastructure, or systems reliability roles
• Proven expertise designing and operating highly available network systems serving large-scale production environments
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking, load balancing, and distributed systems architecture
• Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, monitoring platforms, and modern automation tools
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in on-call environments and troubleshoot complex systems under pressure
• Experience with GPU clusters, high-performance computing, or enterprise cloud platforms is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
