Capefearvalley is seeking a Patient Representative to join our clinic team at multiple locations. As a Patient Representative working full-time days, you'll be the welcoming first point of contact for patients, managing check-in, scheduling, and administrative support to keep our clinics running smoothly.

In this full-time day position, you'll serve as a vital member of our healthcare team, bridging communication between patients and clinical staff. Your role is central to creating a positive patient experience from the moment they walk through the clinic door. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Welcome patients upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process
• Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical histories
• Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars across multiple clinic locations
• Answer patient inquiries and direct calls to appropriate clinical staff
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare privacy standards
• Process patient paperwork and handle routine administrative tasks
• Assist in coordinating patient flow throughout clinic operating hours
