Fuel Associate

Wawa is hiring a Fuel Associate for our Store 997 location in Brick, NJ 08723. We're looking for a dedicated full-time team member to deliver excellent customer service at our fuel station and keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

As a Fuel Associate at our Brick, NJ fuel station, you'll provide customers with prompt, courteous service while maintaining safety and cleanliness at our fuel islands. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for fuel transactions, customer assistance, and station maintenance, making every visit a positive experience for our guests.

Core Duties

• Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and operating fuel pumps safely and accurately
• Process fuel transactions and handle payment methods with precision and integrity
• Verify customer identification for fuel purchases in accordance with company policy and regulations
• Maintain clean and safe conditions around fuel islands, pumps, and station areas
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve concerns when possible
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect customers, team members, and equipment
• Perform opening and closing duties for fuel station areas as assigned
• Restock supplies and manage inventory for fuel station operations

Requirements

• Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle routine station maintenance tasks
• Reliable transportation to Store 997 - Brick, NJ 08723
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and safety standards
• Trustworthiness and integrity, especially when handling payments and transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
