As a Customer Service Associate at Wawa's Bryn Mawr store, you'll be the friendly, reliable face our community counts on. This full-time position puts you directly on the front lines, working with customers, managing transactions, and ensuring our location operates smoothly. You're essential to the Wawa experience—someone who takes genuine pride in making every visit to Store 168 memorable for the people in the Bryn Mawr area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive attitude and assist them with their selections and questions
• Operate the register accurately and process payments including cash, card, and digital transactions
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store throughout your shift
• Address customer concerns professionally and work to resolve issues promptly
• Adhere to all company policies and food safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive workplace environment
• Assist with opening or closing procedures as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong reliability and a positive professional demeanor
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods in a fast-moving environment
• Willingness to master company systems and procedures quickly
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
