About the Role

As an Outside Sales Rep at UR in Lubbock, you'll be the face of our company in the field, developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing customers across your assigned territory
• Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to meet or exceed regional targets
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and referral development
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

• Travel regularly throughout Lubbock and surrounding areas to support customer success

Requirements
