Reservation Manager-1

Uhaul is hiring a Reservation Manager-1 at our Savannah, Georgia location to manage customer reservations and deliver exceptional service to renters seeking moving and storage solutions. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in our operations team.

Position Summary

As a Reservation Manager-1 with Uhaul in Savannah, you'll be responsible for processing customer rental reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Core Duties

• Process rental reservations via phone, email, and online channels
• Answer customer questions about vehicle availability, rates, and rental policies
• Manage booking schedules and coordinate with the local rental fleet
• Maintain accurate records in Uhaul's reservation system
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Meet or exceed customer service quality standards
