Position Summary
As a Customer Service/Lot Attendant-2 at our Deptford, New Jersey location, you'll be the backbone of daily rental operations. Your Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with rental inquiries, transactions, and vehicle selection
- Inspect vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical readiness using our checklist systems
- Move and position rental equipment on the lot safely and efficiently
- Process rental paperwork and verify customer documentation
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Maintain lot organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Operate basic equipment including moving trucks and material handling tools
- Report maintenance issues and document vehicle condition changes
