Transunion is seeking a Sr. Consultant (Decision Edge Architecture) to join our team in Bogota in a full-time position. This role offers the opportunity to work with enterprise clients on sophisticated risk decisioning solutions and drive meaningful business impact through technical expertise and strategic guidance.
The Opportunity
As a Sr. Consultant specializing in Decision Edge Architecture at Transunion, you will partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize advanced decision-making systems. You'll be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that help organizations enhance their risk management capabilities and refine their customer decisioning strategies across diverse industries.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and architectural consultations with enterprise clients to identify risk decisioning challenges and opportunities
- Design and architect Decision Edge solutions tailored to specific client requirements, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices
- Lead implementation efforts, including solution configuration, system integration, testing, and production deployment
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to client teams and junior consultants on Decision Edge Architecture capabilities and optimization strategies
- Develop detailed solution documentation, implementation specifications, and operational runbooks for client reference and knowledge transfer
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability in client environments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product engineering, and customer success teams to drive client outcomes and retention
Qualifications
- Substantial hands-on experience with risk decisioning platforms, particularly Decision Edge Architecture or comparable enterprise systems
- Proven background in solution architecture and technical consulting within financial services, credit, or related industries
- Strong understanding of system integration patterns, API design, data management, and enterprise infrastructure
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated success leading implementation projects and managing client relationships through delivery cycles
- Ability to work independently while balancing multiple concurrent client engagements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
