About the Role

This is a full-time, seasonal warehouse operations position where you'll play a key role in keeping our Albany distribution center running smoothly. You'll be part of a fast-paced team handling inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics operations that ensure Target customers receive their orders efficiently. This is hands-on work in a dynamic warehouse environment where your contributions directly impact our operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and manage incoming inventory throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols
• Track inventory levels and assist with stocktaking and cycle counts
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and timelines

Who We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to commit to full-time seasonal work
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting items regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and work collaboratively on a team
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory management
• Previous warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is helpful but not required
