Associate Dir, QARA MX / N. Cluster

Join JJ as an Associate Director of Quality Assurance and Requirements (QARA), leading quality excellence initiatives across our Mexico operations in the Northern Cluster. This full-time role spans four key locations and offers a unique opportunity to shape quality strategy at a regional leadership level.

The Opportunity

This Associate Director position combines strategic leadership with direct operational impact. You'll oversee quality assurance and requirements management functions across multiple Mexico locations within the Northern Cluster, driving standards compliance and continuous improvement. In this Director-level role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to establish quality vision, mentor dedicated teams, and ensure that assurance protocols support operational excellence across all assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and requirements initiatives across the Northern Cluster's four locations in Mexico
• Establish quality standards, processes, and assurance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements
• Oversee audit preparation, compliance documentation, and regulatory submissions
• Direct and develop quality assurance teams, fostering accountability and process excellence
• Partner with operations and functional leaders to identify quality gaps and implement systematic solutions
• Track and report quality metrics, trends, and performance data to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Life Sciences, or equivalent
• 8+ years in quality assurance, requirements management, or quality leadership roles
• Demonstrated success leading quality functions or teams at facility or regional scale
• Proficiency with quality management systems, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and cross-functional communication
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required; travel to Northern Cluster locations as needed
