Position Summary

As a Machinist A at Wabtec in Cleveland, you'll operate and maintain Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and conventional machining equipment to produce high-precision components for locomotives and rail systems. Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and traditional machining equipment to manufacture precision parts
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications
• Measure finished components using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure tolerances meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assigned equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve production issues
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
