FPS Solutions Integrity Management Business Leader

Bakerhughes is seeking an FPS Solutions Integrity Management Business Leader to join our team across 3 locations. This is a full-time position where you'll lead strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and oversee operational excellence in our asset integrity management solutions portfolio.

What This Role Involves

In this leadership position, you'll direct a critical business function within Bakerhughes' FPS Solutions division, focused on integrity management systems and services. You'll be responsible for building high-performing teams, developing market strategies, and ensuring client success through innovative asset management solutions that protect infrastructure and maximize operational efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams across multiple locations to deliver integrity management solutions and services
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Oversee operational performance, budget management, and resource allocation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality benchmarks for asset integrity management
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across FPS Solutions offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with broader company goals

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing business units or divisions, ideally in energy, manufacturing, or industrial services
• Strong understanding of asset integrity, pipeline management, or related technical domains
• Track record of driving business growth and operational improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Project management and budget oversight experience
