Farm Boy Inc. is hiring a full-time Meat Cutter in Mississauga, ON, CA. This is your opportunity to join our Production team and deliver high-quality meat products to customers every day.

About This Position

We're looking for a skilled Meat Cutter to join our Mississauga location. In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing, cutting, and packaging meat products to meet our quality standards and customer expectations. Working in our Production department, you'll be part of a team dedicated to providing fresh, expertly prepared meat to our communities.

What You'll Do

• Cut, trim, and prepare beef, pork, poultry, and other meat products using proper techniques and equipment
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in the meat department
• Package and label meat products accurately and professionally
• Ensure all meat meets quality, freshness, and weight specifications
• Assist customers with special orders and requests
• Keep the meat counter clean and organized
• Follow all food handling regulations and company procedures

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or in a similar meat preparation role
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper meat handling techniques
• Ability to use meat cutting equipment safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Reliability and a positive team attitude
• Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
