What This Role Involves

As a Cashier at Farm Boy Inc., you'll be the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring every transaction is handled accurately and courteously. You'll operate our point-of-sale systems, manage cash and payment methods, maintain till accountability, and help create a clean, organised checkout environment that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Scan and ring through customer purchases using the POS system
• Accept cash, card, and mobile payments accurately
• Bag groceries appropriately and assist customers with packing
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy
• Maintain till accuracy and report any discrepancies
• Promote loyalty programs and highlight special offers
• Provide friendly, efficient service during peak shopping times
• Keep the checkout area clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently
