The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opening for a seasoned QA professional ready to take ownership of quality initiatives at scale. In this remote role, you'll lead the full testing lifecycle—from strategy and planning through validation and release—while working alongside distributed engineering teams. You'll identify risks early, ensure software stability across mission-critical deployments, and champion practices that elevate product excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute comprehensive test strategies across complex software systems, establishing robust quality gates and thorough test coverage
- Partner with development teams, product managers, and end-users to surface requirements and identify potential quality risks
- Lead validation for critical software releases, creating detailed release readiness documentation and risk assessments
- Build and refine test automation frameworks to expand coverage and reduce manual testing effort
- Establish testing best practices and mentor teams on quality methodologies and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven senior-level experience in QA engineering and comprehensive software testing
- Strong technical expertise in test automation, test design methodologies, and quality assurance practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and product stakeholders
- Demonstrated success building stronger testing practices, scaling automation capabilities, and improving quality outcomes
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating effectively across distributed, asynchronous teams
