Partnerships Manager, Ecosystem

Jobgether is looking for a Partnerships Manager, Ecosystem to develop and expand our global partner network in this full-time, remote role based in Canada. As a fast-growing technology company, we're seeking someone to architect a thriving ecosystem of strategic partners.

Role Overview

Design and cultivate a robust global partner ecosystem that becomes a pillar of business growth. You'll establish meaningful partnerships with channel partners, technology integrators, and strategic collaborators while building the operational structures that allow these relationships to flourish. This position merges relationship development with operational strategy—you'll need both the interpersonal skills to strengthen key partnerships and the systems-thinking mindset to create scalable frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships that align with company objectives
• Develop partner enablement programs, processes, and support structures
• Lead co-marketing initiatives, co-selling efforts, and technical integration projects
• Serve as the liaison between external partners and internal teams (product, sales, marketing)
• Monitor partner program performance and propose improvements to maximize mutual value
• Build scalable processes to support ecosystem expansion and maturity

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling partner programs, channel networks, or business ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to create systems, operational frameworks, and repeatable processes
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
• Self-directed, entrepreneurial approach to ambiguous challenges
• Ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives and priorities concurrently
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
