Sales Associate, Part -Time- Westchester

Join Reformation as a Sales Associate in our White Plains, New York retail location. Help bring sustainably-designed fashion to customers who value both style and environmental responsibility, working a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least 3 days (including weekends as needed).

Role Overview

At Reformation, we've been pioneering sustainable fashion since 2009, and now we operate 50+ stores worldwide while maintaining our own eco-conscious factory in Los Angeles. Every team member here plays a vital role in bringing our mission to life. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand in our White Plains store—creating genuine connections with customers, educating them about sustainable fashion, and helping them find pieces that align with their values. This position offers flexibility including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet seasonal and business needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual targets each period
• Build meaningful customer relationships through thoughtful engagement and personalized styling assistance
• Create memorable in-store experiences that embody the Reformation brand promise
• Represent Reformation's values authentically, educating customers about our sustainability efforts and product stories
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through attentive, responsive service
• Support inventory accuracy and assist with loss prevention initiatives across the store
• Ensure the sales floor is organized, visually compelling, and aligned with brand standards
• Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm and help customers make confident choices
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous product and merchandising improvements
• Contribute to a welcoming, professional retail environment for both customers and colleagues

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, sales, or operationally demanding business environments
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving retail setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort connecting with people from varied backgrounds
• Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving and professional growth
