Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at our Cabazon Outlet store, you'll be at the heart of the Reformation mission—connecting customers with high-quality, environmentally-conscious clothing and accessories. You'll work under the guidance of your Store Manager to meet sales targets, educate customers about sustainable fashion, and create memorable shopping experiences that align with our brand values. This role offers the flexibility you need with part-time hours and the opportunity to grow within a mission-driven global fashion company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through genuine customer engagement and product knowledge
• Welcome and assist customers to build brand loyalty and lasting client relationships
• Share your enthusiasm for Reformation's sustainable practices and educate customers on the stories behind our collections
• Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining strong Net Promoter Scores and positive feedback
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Reformation values and creating an inspiring in-store environment
• Manage inventory accuracy and contribute to loss prevention efforts across the store
• Keep the sales floor organized and product-focused, ensuring the space reflects our brand standards
• Communicate customer feedback to your team to help improve products and merchandising
• Support a professional and productive work environment that fosters growth and inclusion

What You Bring

• Retail or sales experience in a fast-paced, operationally focused setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and personalities
• Genuine enthusiasm for sustainable fashion and our mission
• Self-motivation and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across 3+ days, including weekends and holidays as needed
