Operations Manager

PRISM+ is recruiting an Operations Manager to join our team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This full-time position is ideal for an experienced operations professional ready to drive efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

As Operations Manager at PRISM+, you will oversee day-to-day operations, optimise workflows, and ensure alignment between departments. You'll manage budgets, supervise operational staff, and implement systems that support our business objectives whilst maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance in the Kuala Lumpur region.

Core Duties

• Manage operational budgets and resource allocation to meet business targets and financial objectives
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow, timely service delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
• Supervise and develop operations team members, providing coaching, performance feedback, and training opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
• Monitor operational key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local Malaysian regulations
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to maintain service quality and cost-effectiveness
• Support facilities management and maintain a safe, organised working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or equivalent supervisory role
• Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in operational systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and attention to detail
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, process optimisation, or related areas
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements
