About the Role

As a before and after school care provider, you'll be the trusted adult who welcomes children after dismissal and provides structured programming until pickup. This is a full-time position focused on creating a secure, nurturing environment where young learners can relax, complete their schoolwork, and thrive through positive interactions.

What You'll Do

• Oversee children's safety and well-being throughout all program hours in a secure facility
• Design and facilitate recreational and educational programs matched to each child's developmental stage
• Support children with academic assignments and help build their confidence in learning
• Keep the program space clean, organized, and ready for diverse daily activities
• Build strong relationships with families through regular updates and open communication

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working with school-age children in a childcare or educational setting
• Deep commitment to supporting children's physical safety and emotional growth
• Skill in creating engaging activities suitable for elementary-age learners
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities for program management
