Prime is seeking a Medical Writer to join our team in Knutsford, England. In this Full Time role, you'll create clear, scientifically rigorous documentation that supports healthcare innovation and regulatory compliance across our business.

What This Role Involves

As a Medical Writer at Prime in Knutsford, you'll translate complex clinical and scientific information into compelling, accurate documents that inform healthcare professionals, regulators, and patients. Your writing will support regulatory submissions, clinical trial protocols, and medical communications across multiple therapeutic areas. This position offers the opportunity to combine strong scientific knowledge with professional communication skills, working within a structured regulatory environment whilst maintaining the highest standards of medical accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop regulatory documentation including clinical study reports, regulatory dossiers, and submission materials
• Draft medical information materials, clinical briefs, and educational content for healthcare audiences
• Conduct literature reviews and synthesis of scientific evidence to support document production
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and quality teams to gather and verify technical information
• Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory guidelines, internal standards, and company procedures
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines

Who We're Looking For

• Degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related discipline
• Proven experience in medical writing, ideally within regulatory, pharmaceutical, or clinical trial environments
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and submission standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
