Procore Specialist

Prime System Solutions is hiring a Procore Specialist to join our team in Pakistan. This is a full-time remote opportunity for someone with hands-on experience managing construction projects through the Procore platform.

About This Position

We're seeking a skilled Procore Specialist to configure, administer, and optimise the Procore platform across our projects and operations. You'll work with project teams and leadership to ensure effective use of Procore's construction management capabilities—from planning and document control to financial reporting and quality assurance. Your expertise will help us streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and deliver construction projects more efficiently.

Core Duties

• Configure and customise Procore to align with company processes and project requirements
• Support project teams in using Procore modules for scheduling, RFIs, daily logs, punch lists, and document management
• Create reports and dashboards to track project performance, budgets, and timelines
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide training to users with varying experience levels
• Manage data imports, exports, and system integrations with other software platforms
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards and industry requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency through Procore

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience administering or managing Procore across multiple construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction project management workflows and terminology
• Proficiency with Procore's core modules including projects, financials, quality and safety, and reporting
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
