Operations Lead (Onsite)

Prime System Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to lead and optimize our business operations at our Quezon City, Metro Manila headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site position for a strategic leader ready to drive operational excellence and team performance.

What This Role Involves

As Operations Lead, you will oversee day-to-day operational activities, lead and develop a team of operations professionals, and implement systems and processes that strengthen business efficiency. You'll work across departments to identify improvement opportunities, manage workflows, ensure compliance with company policies, and deliver measurable results that support Prime System Solutions' growth in the Metro Manila market and beyond.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor operations team members, setting performance expectations and fostering professional development
• Manage operational budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to optimize cost and quality
• Design, implement, and maintain operational processes that improve productivity and reduce inefficiencies
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on operational metrics for senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with sales, finance, customer service, and other departments to align operational support with business objectives
• Identify and execute improvement initiatives across facilities, logistics, inventory, scheduling, or other operational functions
• Handle escalated operational issues and develop solutions to prevent recurrence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of operations management experience or equivalent in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficiency with operations software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
• Project management experience and capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) is an advantage
