Position Summary

As our Marketing Operations & Reporting Specialist, you'll serve as the operational backbone of our marketing function. This role combines strategic project management with advanced analytics to optimize workflows, maintain data integrity, and deliver actionable insights that drive marketing performance. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to implement processes, manage tools, and produce comprehensive reports that guide business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and optimize marketing reporting frameworks and dashboards using analytics platforms and business intelligence tools
• Collect, validate, and analyze marketing performance data from multiple channels and sources
• Develop and deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations
• Manage marketing technology stack implementation, integration, and optimization to streamline operations
• Execute marketing operational processes including campaign tracking, lead management, and performance audits
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve team productivity and accuracy
• Support marketing strategy by providing data-driven insights on campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and audience behavior

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Strong Excel and database management skills with ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting data to diverse audiences
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
